The iREAL M3 measurement technologies which combine dual lasers and structured-light modes enable smooth 3D data acquisition.

the M3 delivers cost efficient non-destructive inspection that perfectly captures geometries of products precisely and effectively.  Compared with contact measurement, 3D laser scanning is much faster and more flexible at compiling full 3D data. The 3D data of complicated curved surfaces, coaxiality and cylindricity can be easily obtained which are difficult to achieve using traditional solutions.

The 3D information of the scanned items can be rapidly converted into standard format 3D data (.asc, .ply, .stl, .obj). Engineers can then utilize use third-party post-processing software to realize data revision/reverse design for 3D printing/production.

Industrial Accuracy : The IReal M3 features a basic accuracy of up to 0.1 mm, and its volumetric accuracy reach up to 0.25 mm/m. This meets the needs of capturing 3D data for most industrial use cases.

High Resolution : The M3 resolution can reach up to 0.1 mm. It can reconstruct high-resolution geometric structures and capture fine details of edges, easily handling scanning tasks for complex geometric shapes.
